This is me after a little more than three months of hard work. The first picture was taken when I considered myself fully “recovered” from anorexia. Since then, I have worked hard to keep my eating habits healthy and exercise within reason without cutting calories. My starting weight was 165lbs, and I am currently at 163lbs. Only 2lbs difference - goes to show what weight training can really do for you!
